Room rates are inclusive of all water, electricity , gas charges and wi-fi.
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in apartment area.
Open fires are not allowed in the guest rooms. A single-head induction cooker with a plug-in seat is provided in the guest rooms.
A minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights is required, maximum stay for 1 year.
Housekeeping cleaning service will be conducted once per week.
Renewal of stay is subject to room availability and the room rate will be calculated based on the preferential price upon demand before confirmation.
Minimum 7 days for extension.
Payment: Guests are required to pay the first 30 nights when signing the contract, which is non-changeable and non-refundable.
Security Deposit: For a license period of fewer than 6 months – equivalent to one month’s license fee. For a license period of 6 months or more – equivalent to two months’ license fee
Cancellation Policy: No cancellation after signing the contract. It will then become non-changeable and non-refundable.
Early departure or failure to check in on the booked date will be considered a "no show" and prepayment will not be refunded.
